Startups and scale-ups struggle to hire with confidence. While talent is accessible, founders face uncertainty when assessing candidates, comparing profiles, and making decisions. Heavy reliance on recruiters and manual screening increases costs and slows hiring, while candidates experience low transparency and limited feedback.
Our approach:
We designed a platform focused on improving decision confidence, reducing costs, and creating a transparent experience for both employers and candidates. Our approach included:
Conducting user research to uncover hiring behaviours and pain points
Designing and validating core matchmaking and evaluation flows for B2B and B2C users
Developing prototypes and producing a detailed PRD to support backend implementation
Creating product messaging and a landing page to communicate the AI-driven value proposition
Outcomes:
Increased hiring confidence through structured evaluation, role-fit analysis, and risk visibility
